Be polite and wave February goodbye. February deserves the courtesy, February was kind to me. No need to be jealous, all you have to do is surpass what February did. What did February do?
My darling March where do I begin? February really had it's ups and downs. It wasn't all roses and pretty cupcakes. It brought with it disappointments and unpleasant surprises. It was the month of love, as some people call it, but it drove my love away. Haha! I see you wondering why then I gaze at February's retreating behind with such tender affection. But what can I say, February was kind.
February brought with her some inner peace, just as the sun dries away the rain, she brought me laughter that washed away the tears. Oh, she gave me a renewed sense of purpose, she brought me grace to do things that I'd wanted to for a long time, she presented me with new opportunities. She didn't take my good health away, she didn't take my loved one away, she made me feel alive again! Oh, darling February!
Dear March, of course I love you more than I love the one I love the most. After all you're the one who welcomed me at birth, admittedly I've never been too fond of being a piscean, but let's let spilled milk go, shall we? On your 16th day I reach my 30th year and I'm miffed that it falls on a Monday but still, there are worst things in life, no?
So yes, my birth month, I know you're blessed already. I know that unlike February with her unpleasant surprises your surprises will be painted in the bright colours of dandelions and baby's laugh. I know that each day as I walk through life's confounding maze, each step brings me closer to fulfillment of purpose and indescribable joy. I know that you will wake me each day with a light heart, a joyful spirit and a mouth full of praise. I know that you will cause it all to work for my very own good, and I know that when you come to your end my mouth will be heavy with testimonies.
I thank my Creator for once again bestowing upon me the blessing of life; this most extraordinary privilege of seeing another new month.
TTB readers, may your March be everything you hope it would be and surprise you with even more!
