Let's Play The Blame Game. Neyo vs Ex Girlfriend.

Since the moment I heard about Neyo asking his baby mama to get her tubes tied after giving him two children, shortly before he broke up with her, which I heard he did in such a heartless manner; over the phone and then publicly announcing it on Instagram, I haven't be able to quite forget it.

Neyo and his boo.

I mean, how do you get someone to do that for you, someone who isn't even your wife! And you, why not get a vasectomy? After all it's you who doesn't want more kids, right? And you're the one with the sperm, why don't you get snipped???

Oh well...

Now, Neyo has recently happily announced to the world, via Instagram, that he and his current girlfriend and wife to be, are expecting a baby!

Eishhhh! As you can imagine he got mad backlash from the public. The people aren't finding this news funny.

Well Neyo hit back saying she wasn't forced to do it, she agreed to it. Also, that the procedure can be undone. He however didnt point out that that procedure comes with a lot of health risks, which might include permanent damage to her Fallopian tubes.

The world is enraged with Neyo who claimed he was breaking up with his ex because monogamy just isn't for him. Well hello? Now you're about to get married and have more babies?

Yes I'm mad as hell at him.

But let's look at his ex too, Monyetta Shaw. Why make such a huge step for a "boyfriend"? Why didn't she ask for a ring first? Why didn't she ask him to get snipped instead?

Who is actually worthy of blame here guys?

Really though, why is it the woman that always has to make the huge sacrifices; give up our names. Get married and pack up our things; lose our jobs and friends and move. He doesn't want more kids, it's the woman that ties her tubes (yes i know married couples who have agreed to do this. I've never heard a Nigerian man getting a vasectomy such injustice!!!). I don't gerrit. And please girls you need to stop making marriage sacrifices for your boyfriends dammit!

LOL. OK, Blame game guys, who do you think should get the heat?

Last question. When kids aren't wanted anymore, who should make the move. Should the woman tie her tubes or should the man get a vasectomy?

  1. Dear ladies stop letting because of man u bend over-backwards!
If he don't want more kids, use a condom or u take pills. Tie ur womb or is it tube because...?
Men are as human as we are. Don't idolize them just because they are men (and this isn't feminist talking)

    1. This really isn't about ladies idolizing or bending over men, it's about "stupidity at its peak". Men and women idolizing each other isn't a crime. I just can't understand why anyone under VERY conducive circumstances would make incredulous sacrifices in the name of love.

    2. Thanks, it was just a stupid move. There are birth control pills, Levonogestrel tabs or condoms to prevent child birth in a healthy way. Why do extreme things which even after marriage I consider extreme?

  2. I will not tie my tubes even for my husband unless I personally want to.This cannot be classified under the "compromise table" in marriage. If we do not want more kids there are so many options out there which includes the snip snip on his part.

I don't even blame Neyo at all, he made the suggestion she agreed. A man says he does not want marriage but you do,why stick around??tie your tubes on top abegii. Women need to start using their head.

A friend was complaining about doing the anal with hubby just to make him happy. She hates the pain and derives 0 pleasure. My question to her was "did he force you?" she said No, I asked why she was complaining. You had the option of saying No.

I told my husband I will only agree to anal if he lets me go up his ass with a candle (not the slim ones o). That was my final answer and is not on my compromise list. There are things we must remove from our compromise list especially where the person you are doing it for is not doing anything equivalent for you.Soo I'm not mad at Neyo, I,m mad at his ex for acting like an olodo.

    1. I was about writing one long epistle until I saw this... Why is Thelma trying to throw the blame on 'the Man' here? I don't get that at all.

Will you do this? I presume No. But she did, and its 'the Man's' fault. *sigh
      Thelma stop oh!

  3. If the woman wants more kids but the man doesn't, the man has to start using a condom (a 'tear-proof' brand) or get a vasectomy (reversible, at least). If the reverse be the case, the woman has to be the 'defender'

Where it's a mutual decision, the reality is in most cases it is the woman who sacrifices and risks all manners of health issues to prevent another pregnancy. I do not know why this is the case; perhaps we feel the heat more when an unwanted pregnancy arises? Or perhaps we have wider options than men? Whatever the case maybe, I do not think any woman should do anything that may cause a permanent damage to her vital organ(s) in the name of contraceptive.

  4. Women do very foolish things in the name of love. Even why you die for a man, the next month he will be with someone else so what is the point?

  5. Both of them are mad, how can two stupid people decide to have children. At least there should be one smart person in every couple. Who's going to teach the children to be wise?

  6. This is one of the reasons men say women are made of fish brains, when a woman is in love ehhhh, chaiiii our thinking turns upside down. When do we as women learn to start using our head including me ohhh cos I know am not excluded, I would never tie my tube for any man married or dating, never, least is condom or pills, anything asides that count me out.

  7. Whoever doesn't want more kids should be the one to take the precaution. We are all entitled to our choice(s)... if the man doesn't want more children, let him go and do vasectomy and if it is woman, let her tie her womb or cut it whichever one she prefers... which one be mumu tins all in the name of love, love go clear for your face, the reality go land you for yaba left... osshiii...

    1. "The Reality go land you for yaba left"... truer words have not been said. loool!

  8. When kids arent wanted anymore and both husband and wife want something permanent, both should go for vasectomy and hysterectomy together, same day, same time so no one changes mind after one has done!

As for Neyo, well everyone blames him but what about the woman? we dont really know their relationship enough to know what went on for the lady to agree to such permanent solution in one relationship to create permanent problems for another relationship when she craves having kids with another man!

  9. Na wa o! Things people do for love sef, I tire.

  10. Some love(foolishness) no get part two....

  11. Abegi I tire...someone should open a business with headquaters in the US with the name-'WISDOM SHOP'...#JjoyDaNuGirl

  12. She's to blame. Although, its easy to blame Neyo for this but like he said, no one put a gun to her head. Anyone who doesn't want kids should take preventive measures to ensure that it doesn't happen. Women giving husband privileges to boyfriends since 19gbon gbon. Its stupid and thoughtless.
How will make such a drastic decision for someone who you know has no intention/desire to make an honest woman out of you. Oga o. All these "blind"love everywhere. I wish them Godspeed.

  13. I had a very bad thing to post here, but then let me just rescind, I have learnt not to say nothing instead of saying wrong things, but at the end of the day, no matter how you look at it, the woman is always weaker and inferior to a man, from the days of Adam and the bible, it will never change.

Turia Pitt Suffered 65% Burns But Loved Conquered All...

Amazing Story Shared by Dr. Ben Carson on Facebook, i thought it is inspiring and i decided to share;

The Australian ex-model Turia Pitt suffered burns to 65 per cent of her body, lost her fingers and thumb on her right hand and spent five months in hospital after she was trapped by a grassfire in a 100 kilometre ultra-marathon in the Kimberley. Her boyfriend decided to quit his job to care for her recovery.
Days ago, in an interview for CNN they asked him:
"Did you at any moment think about leaving her and hiring someone to take care of her and moving on with your life?"

His reply touched the world:

"I married her soul, her character, and she's the only woman that will continue to fulfill my dreams."

This made me very reflective. I just wonder; if the person you love today encounters an incident or accident that transforms who they are physically, it could be amputation, it could be paralysis, it could be severe burns that scald their flesh beyond recognition, w…

Good morning people!
Just checking in to sign the register. Lol. It's been a very busy week and it looks like it might be an even busier weekend. I was hoping to get some writing done when I got to the airport yesterday but I even almost missed my flight. It was hopeless trying to do any work on the plane as it was bumpy af, and this toddler behind me wouldn't stop screaming in piercing shrieks like he was being exorcised.
I got into town pretty late and needed to keep an appointment ASAP. I'm heading out right now and it's going to be a long day, but thought I should drop this first.
Have a splendid day. Im'ma be back soon.

One More Post...

He was my coursemate, crush, then my boyfriend.... he was super
intelligent, smart, tall, dark and handsome. Believe me he got

After listening to a song "IF YOU LOVE SOMEBODY TELL THEM THAT YOU
LOVE THEM and watching the season film of The Secret Life of
American Teenagers. ..when Amy Jeugerns mum told her "you are only
young once". LOL that part got me.
Hope you know what i mean?

Though I'm okay with chemistry class I approached him to coach me for
the Quiz that was coming up, we found out that we had this
great chemistry between us.. hehehe both the covalent and
electrovalent bonds....

So one thing led to another till one unusual Saturday. I invited
him to my house and he came. The guy got swag, he even came
with a packet of durex condom.
We talked for a while and and and and and and
See how you are serious dey read this story....!

A side chick is commonly known as a mistress or a woman that’s romantically involved with a man who is in a committed relationship.  However after doing some reflecting, I realize that’s not the only type of side chick.  I want to discuss “the new side chick”–a woman who decides to stay by a man’s side after he has expressed his lack of relationship intentions with her through his words or actions.  So many women have made this mistake at least once in their lifetime, and unfortunately I’ve done the same thing. I like to think of the new side chick as an appetizer.  You’re there just to satisfy the immediate appetite of the man, but as soon as that mouth-watering entrée comes out to the table, you will get pushed to the side, literally.  Why?  Because that entrée is what he really wanted; he went to the restaurant to order steak, not hot wings.  You were just a placeholder, fling, temporary commitment, or  maybe even just a “good ol time” until what he really wanted was presented to hi…

I'm in an amebo mood tonight. Don't ask me, I honestly don't know why. Also I'd like to share too but I'd do that anonymously in the comment section. Tonight I want to talk about secrets. It's ok, we can all be anonymous.
Is it true that EVERYBODY has a secret?
Is there anyone here who doesn't have a secret? I'd really like to know; You're a completely open book and there's not ONE thing about you that you wouldn't mind other people knowing about? Please raise your hands up.
And for the rest of us, what's something about you that no one knows, or very few people know? Who's got a dark secret here, or a weird one, or a funny one even? I really don't mean to be invasive but I don't want to be the only one sharing, plus I think hearing other people's secrets is quite fun, don't you think?

Let's Be Random Together! (Open Keypad).

Hey guys, a while back blog reader F said something about creating an Open Keypad post, where you can write whatever you want in the comment section. I thought it was a fun idea!
So who is interested? Comment on anything you feel like, ask me or anyone a question, talk about how your day went, your job, your interests, tell us something about you that we don't know, share a testimony with us, rant about anything you feel like, talk about your crush/boo/spouse/relationship/marriage, challenges you're facing, ANYTHING AT ALL!
I'll only make one request; that we stay civil.

(F it was you who made this suggestion, right? I'm not too sure and I can't even remember the post the comment was made on).
BTW please Ejoeccome out come out, wherever you are!

Question of The Day.

TTB readers doesn't this tweet below remind you of something?
That mail that someone sent me a few weeks back.
But why on earth should a man sleep with his son's fiancé? But what am I saying, some men even sleep with their daughters...

Oh well, I'm throwing the question to you. What has happened in your life that you never saw coming, you never hesperred it, you never imagined could happen, you never imagined could happen to you?
It could be good, it could be bad, it could be ugly. Do tell!
And it can be more than one. Let me tell you a few.
-owning a blog -week long dry fast at Prayer City (I never hesperred it).  -staying in an (emotionally) abusive relationship.
The others require anonymity. LOL. Now over to you.
