For Those Who Are Waiting Till Their Wedding Night To Do "It"

Well that ship has sailed for me *sob sob*well not really* but I've got tons of friends who waited till their wedding night to have sex. When I think about it I realize that i must be a good girl, because, I realize that most of my close friends got married as virgins, like 4 out of 5. So you see; show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are. I'm a virgin at heart. Yippee!

LOL. Now the thing about being perceived as the "experienced one" in a field of virgins is that you get asked loads of questions, especially as D-day approaches. They want to know what to expect, if it hurts as much as people say it does, if they'll bleed and how much, if it's awkward etc etc etc.

I can only tell them what the act might be like and not how the wedding night itself would be. So I found this TC article about men and women who stay virgins till the weddings night and thought it might be helpful to those waiting till their wedding night.

“It was awkward. How do you move? How fast? Ok, gotta take a breather. Slower? Where do my hands go? Am I too loud? Oh god oh god oh god this rocks.
And I’m done.”
“Our wedding night was actually pretty great. We both knew going in that there was likely to be some pain for me, but i also knew a lot of it was going to be psychological. He was awesome, the whole thing lasted a few hours. It took a few tries before we were able to get things going all the way, but we both thought it was pretty great for a first time. We definitely had fun with the foreplay. there was a hot tub in our room (vegas, baby) and there may or may not have been a wheelbarrow attempt. A few weeks later, though, we really found our groove. I think the biggest thing is just communication and having a partner who is interested in meeting your needs. If you’re both looking out for each other, then everyone ends up happy.”
“We were as prepared as we probably could be. Weeks (maybe even months) before the wedding, my wife went to her OBGYN and talked about preparing for sex. She was given a series of tubes (ha) of varying size that helped stretch her out. They basically looked like cheap dildos. They start out small and she would insert it like a tampon. This helped stretch her out... Honestly, everything was great that first time. I was delicate with her, and she had no problems with her tightness. She loved it (even though she didn’t orgasm), and I loved it too.
We ended up having sex three times that evening, and then she woke me up at 4am to do it again.
We’ve both gotten better as we’ve better learned what pleasure the other.
But that first night was great. We have amazing memories of it".
“It was actually pretty terrible. It hurt her a lot, I barely got the tip in before she was crying and begging me to stop… So we did. We had a bath together instead, and fell asleep holding each other.
Tried again the next night and it was a little better.
Real sex didn’t happen until night 4, and I came in about 4 minutes. She enjoyed it, but didn’t have an orgasm until about 4 months later."
"From my husband:
‘A little rough, a little dry, but we got through it like champs. And now, I make her squirt all over the bedroom regularly.'”
“Both of us waited.
It was tough, took several hours to achieve full penetration (oral, massages, showers, wine, jacuzzi kept us busy) but totally worth it. Sharing the first time was really nice, can’t imagine doing it with someone I did not know well. It created such an emotional bond.
Still married years later and really glad we waited.”
"It was awesome and awkward and funny and loving! We laughed and groaned and eventually came.
I don’t think my hymen fully broke that night. It hurt and I tensed up and asked/screamed for him to stop. There was lots of oral sex though.”
“Started in the hot tub. Bad idea. Water is a shitty lubricant. Decided to move to the bed. As she was getting out of the hot tub she slipped and fell. Laughed it off. Got to the bed. Finally got it in. Came after one thrust.”
“First thing we did? Counted the money given to us at the reception. We felt rich for like 24 hours.
Second? We tried to make a sexy time on the pile of cash (of course my idea). Didn’t really work. Got in the bath together and things were still rough. I asked her if she had lube. Nope. Guess who went to the corner store at 2:00 AM for some lube (and from my wife, “Ooh get some Pringles too!”)? After that we had successful sexy time."

Hehehe. So who's waiting for their wedding night here? Did you find this helpful? What are your concerns about that night? And for those who've jumped the broom, do spill! How was your wedding night?
Now I'm particularly curious about this; for those who didn't wait, was the wedding night special, was it any different from other nights before the wedding? Do tell!

  1. We were too tired and fagged out from all the wedding day activities to do anything that night. Why the rush for wedding night na, when we have a whole lifetime to have

  2. I was fagin, still a fagin and I'm not looking to to be disfagined even after marriage.

    1. Ehn? Its either you're gay or you belong in a convent. Even gay pple have sex so convent it is

  3. Over to the married peeps, still anticipating my wedding night.

    Mz indomie says so.

  4. In our case, the experience was a painful one for my wife and it took 3 days for me to penetrate. It would have been longer if we had not used lubrication.

  5. I am friggin scared!!!!! *inserts laughter*
I just hope and pray it is everything i imagined and more. I want us to be able to look back, laugh over it like some of the couples above and be able to get to the orgasm part real soon(2days maybe). Can't wait for that part! LOL! iv read to much about it to not come and experience it with DFH.
Wonderful stories. the way they told the stories made me smile. I just love Love...

but is it really that painful?...i thought foreplay and lubrication makes it way less painful(slight discomfort) . okay... *grabs popcorn* awaiting comments.

    1. Lol, Nne it's not food nor paradise...

    2. Sasha you've obviously never had good sex otherwise you will know it is better than food and paradise

    3. Hahahaha,pls enlighten me...plix!

    4. the fact that you think it's a matter of enlightenment proves my point. Don't worry maybe one day you will understand.

    5. This is so Kabouy!!! Making Love with the right person is ahhhhhhhhmazing!

  6. Hubby and I waited and it was the first time for him! It was pretty interesting let's put it that way! I was so so nervous and I bet he was too. Funny thing is when we got into our hotel room first thing we did was have a praise and worship session hehe. Anyways the Lord was truly glorified that night :)

  7. Wedding day and wedding night, I was seeing Dr. Red. No show till after day 4.

    1. Haha! That must have been frustrating.

  8. Waiting. Been waiting since forever! I just jope I'm not

Married folks, over to you :)

    1. Why do we pretend that it's only married folks that are shagging? Singke people are even having more sex than married folks.

    2. I totally agree with ur analogy. Lollllz

    3. The question was about wedding night anon.. I know single people have sex, some even more that married pple.

  9. We both waited till our wedding night, I cannot tell you the first night was awesome but we look back and laugh really hard, for some traditional reason , you are escorted to your husband parents house and you stay there for 7days, we had booked to stay in a hotel before we go for our honeymoon but the family refused, so I was stuck in my parents-inlaws house for 4days. The first night was not magical but there was a lot of love, smooching and kissing, there was also lubricant but by the time my boo tried to penetrate, I almost died, then I told him we better do it in the bathroom so no one would here my voice, We were both naive but he couldn't go in that night, trying to do it in the bathroom was just like a child hiding to do "bad thing". The next morning, we did it , there was a lot of pain and a little pleasure but it was done and the more we did subsequently, the less the pain , the more the pleasure. It was fun as for orgasm, we could not get there till some weeks later. It was perfect waiting as we explored our bodies and learnt about each other better. Now we are pros, we don't use lubricant,we jst ball and I have orgasms every time. the beauty of waiting was that when the first night was awkward, we did not compare to anybody. So if you are waiting, keep waiting, if you've popped it, then you can still just wait till the right guy comes along and I know its hard but it shall be worth it.

  10. Why are you guys forming virgin here. Where the hoes at?

    1. The male ho's or the female ho's???

    2. Female hoes preferably

Would be interesting to read a case of the guy being a virgin and the woman a certified hoe

  11. It's my wedding in two weeks! The chemistry is amazing already so I guess the only deal will be not having to use protection and doing it guilt-free!

  12. I hv been fuckin since 15 or so. But on my weddin night, it felt different (had been fuckin my wife before we married too)
It was actually better on the wedding night
    I think it's a psychological thing

  13. The peeps on this blog are just hypocrites. Everyone is or was a virgin. Bloody hypocrites.

  14. Most people are preferring to date millionaire dating sites gives you a rich profiles to date your like minded people

  15. Amazing read,
First! I do not think thepeople hee are hypocrites as you claim Anonymous 6;46 p.m November 6,2015 there are actually a lot more virgins around that you know. Secondly, people are virgins for different reasons but your reason better be your holy life not some dream about a perfect husband/life. you can be a virgin all you want and marry a spouse that will hit you and place no value on you.

  16. First, Anonymous 6.46 p.m November 6 2015
There are more virgins in this world than you think. So I don't think the people here are necessarily hypocrites.
Secondly, there several reasons for staying a virgin,i just really hopethat women have outgrown the virgin = perfect husband and life. let your reason be more than that. life is not predictable

Turia Pitt Suffered 65% Burns But Loved Conquered All...

Amazing Story Shared by Dr. Ben Carson on Facebook, i thought it is inspiring and i decided to share;

The Australian ex-model Turia Pitt suffered burns to 65 per cent of her body, lost her fingers and thumb on her right hand and spent five months in hospital after she was trapped by a grassfire in a 100 kilometre ultra-marathon in the Kimberley. Her boyfriend decided to quit his job to care for her recovery.
Days ago, in an interview for CNN they asked him:
"Did you at any moment think about leaving her and hiring someone to take care of her and moving on with your life?"

His reply touched the world:

"I married her soul, her character, and she's the only woman that will continue to fulfill my dreams."

This made me very reflective. I just wonder; if the person you love today encounters an incident or accident that transforms who they are physically, it could be amputation, it could be paralysis, it could be severe burns that scald their flesh beyond recognition, w…

Good morning people!
Just checking in to sign the register. Lol. It's been a very busy week and it looks like it might be an even busier weekend. I was hoping to get some writing done when I got to the airport yesterday but I even almost missed my flight. It was hopeless trying to do any work on the plane as it was bumpy af, and this toddler behind me wouldn't stop screaming in piercing shrieks like he was being exorcised.
I got into town pretty late and needed to keep an appointment ASAP. I'm heading out right now and it's going to be a long day, but thought I should drop this first.
Have a splendid day. Im'ma be back soon.

One More Post...

He was my coursemate, crush, then my boyfriend.... he was super
intelligent, smart, tall, dark and handsome. Believe me he got
swag, but he didn't seem to notice me. (I'm a nerd but a sassy one
if I say so myself).  So oneday I decided to take it to another level..
After listening to a song "IF YOU LOVE SOMEBODY TELL THEM THAT YOU
LOVE THEM and watching the season film of The Secret Life of
American Teenagers. ..when Amy Jeugerns mum told her "you are only
young once". LOL that part got me.
Hope you know what i mean?

Though I'm okay with chemistry class I approached him to coach me for
the Quiz that was coming up, we found out that we had this
great chemistry between us.. hehehe both the covalent and
electrovalent bonds....

So one thing led to another till one unusual Saturday. I invited
him to my house and he came. The guy got swag, he even came
with a packet of durex condom.
We talked for a while and and and and and and
See how you are serious dey read this story....!

A side chick is commonly known as a mistress or a woman that’s romantically involved with a man who is in a committed relationship.  However after doing some reflecting, I realize that’s not the only type of side chick.  I want to discuss “the new side chick”–a woman who decides to stay by a man’s side after he has expressed his lack of relationship intentions with her through his words or actions.  So many women have made this mistake at least once in their lifetime, and unfortunately I’ve done the same thing. I like to think of the new side chick as an appetizer.  You’re there just to satisfy the immediate appetite of the man, but as soon as that mouth-watering entrée comes out to the table, you will get pushed to the side, literally.  Why?  Because that entrée is what he really wanted; he went to the restaurant to order steak, not hot wings.  You were just a placeholder, fling, temporary commitment, or  maybe even just a “good ol time” until what he really wanted was presented to hi…

I'm in an amebo mood tonight. Don't ask me, I honestly don't know why. Also I'd like to share too but I'd do that anonymously in the comment section. Tonight I want to talk about secrets. It's ok, we can all be anonymous.
Is it true that EVERYBODY has a secret?
Is there anyone here who doesn't have a secret? I'd really like to know; You're a completely open book and there's not ONE thing about you that you wouldn't mind other people knowing about? Please raise your hands up.
And for the rest of us, what's something about you that no one knows, or very few people know? Who's got a dark secret here, or a weird one, or a funny one even? I really don't mean to be invasive but I don't want to be the only one sharing, plus I think hearing other people's secrets is quite fun, don't you think?

Let's Be Random Together! (Open Keypad).

Hey guys, a while back blog reader F said something about creating an Open Keypad post, where you can write whatever you want in the comment section. I thought it was a fun idea!
So who is interested? Comment on anything you feel like, ask me or anyone a question, talk about how your day went, your job, your interests, tell us something about you that we don't know, share a testimony with us, rant about anything you feel like, talk about your crush/boo/spouse/relationship/marriage, challenges you're facing, ANYTHING AT ALL!
I'll only make one request; that we stay civil.

(F it was you who made this suggestion, right? I'm not too sure and I can't even remember the post the comment was made on).
BTW please Ejoeccome out come out, wherever you are!

Closed Chapter...

Hello everyone, yesterday a friend said to me, Thelma I love your blog, I've told so many people about your blog, I think you're a very good writer but I feel there's something you're not doing right"

This friend was the first person who won our beauty of the day contest back then in 2014. Then we had met just once through a mutual friend. I mentioned the blog to her and she became an instant reader. I wouldn't have exactly called her a friend then but yesterday as we sat down waiting for our Uber to come get us from Wal-Mart, she's definitely my friend and I knew she was coming from a good place when she said she had much higher expectations of my blog.

Me too.

But you see, in the last year or so, maybe even longer than that, I haven't felt much joy in blogging. It began to feel more and more of a laborious chore, one which I hardly reaped any fruits from.

I really love writing, I love sharing my life and my experiences with others and I've enjoy…
