Donald Trump Is The 45th President Of The United States Of America

trump
Donald Trump won the US presidential election early this morning in a stunning victory that sent shockwaves around the world. Congratulations to him!

Meanwhile have you heard that as an aftermath of Trump's win, the Canadian immigration website has broken as people look to leave the US!

Data from Google suggests searches for ‘move to Canada’ spiked significantly during the night as Trump victories unfolded in key battleground states. The official website for ‘Citizenship and Immigration Canada’ has stopped working, apparently because of the sheer number of people looking to emigrate to the country from south of the border.

"This page isn’t working” error message came up when users clicked on the website.

...Ok people, how's your day going?

😊

  1. I'm so happy he won. Was a closet supporter. Let those who said they leave America leave and those who said they wld tear their green card do so. Don't stop now..
    America wld be fine.

  2. We know the role they played in frustrating GEJ's efforts in purchasing weapons against Boko Haram. The role they played in Libya and Middle East. The role they played in Haiti's (I think) elections. Hopefully, Trump wld have a different approach in fighting terrorism and assisting countries fight terrorism.
If illegal immigrants are scared, get ur papers or go back to ur country. Make your own country great too.
After Brexit comes this. Everyone wld be fine..

    1. Yea, America will be fine and I don't particularly care what they do with their lives, they are far ahead anyway.

However, forget the role they play in the places you mentioned; GEJ's issue is another thing entirely but your love of GEJ is noted. Every American president puts America's interest first and it won't be different with Trump; you may want to review the actions of George Bush Jnr back to Ronald Reagan. It is my humble opinion that the elimination of Saddam Hussein contributed significantly to the emergence of the ISIS monster.

    2. The death of Saddam Hussein and the birth of ISIS are poles apart. Even Bill Clinton had his fair share of middle east drama. The people sponsoring ISIS know themselves just like those doing the same to Boko Haram but if you can frustrate someone's own effort in fighting and trying to curb local terrorism in his own country, ur an enabler of terrorism (almost at par with whomever is sponsoring them)

  3. If I'm not mistaken, Trump is from the Republican Party, the same party that produced Abraham Lincoln (the man who abolished slavery and fought their first civil war against John Crow and co to keep America together).

America wld be fine. They system is designed not to self destruct. He debated. The people knew who the chose (not a propaganda image).

Dear Nig, in 2019, you better wake up..

  4. Absolutely disappointed with the turn-out of the elections.

Still finding it difficult to wrap my head around how the majority of voting Americans would go from an Obama with his intelligence, leadership charisma, sense of foresight to a Trump whose campaign's cornerstone was an explicit support of racist acts and speeches.

    It's a truly sad outcome.

    1. Majority of voting Americans? He won through electoral college vote not popular vote per se.

    2. Yeah electoral college. And popular vote in some sense.

To win an electoral college, you'd need the majority of voting Americans in any state. Chrisyinks.

    3. oga anon. please go and read about the electoral college. Hillary got more votes nationwide but thanks to the electoral college votes, Trump got the seat!. Do your research.

    4. Hey Anonymous,

Apologies for the error. Should have written 'majority of voting Americans in many of America's states'.

I know about the electoral college. Thanks

  5. I forsaw Trump winning because his message resonated with too many silent and marginalised people.

I was not pleased witg the way he ran his campaign or the level of disrespect he showed towards Hillary and other offended groups.

Too many things went wrong in this election. However, Americans have spoken and they spoke clearly.

She would have won this election if certain things/issues had been well managed and handled.

I kept telling my hubby and boss that Trump woukd win. (My conviction came mainly from a scriptural angle) Not that I am a fan.

For so many reasons i am shocked that the elections became more about personal insults rather than real issues. Hillary remain gracious and I honestly wish her well.

    Time will tell.
